Ultra-Premium Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Gremolata, a traditional Italian herbal condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley & hint of mint. Herbs and citrus zest are crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. Serve with osso bucco, veal and other slow braised dishes for a zip of flavor. Marinate poultry, use in dressings or finish fish dish. Pairs well with our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Jalapeno White Balsamic, Grapefruit White Balsamic, or Traditional Aged Balsamic.
