This 2008 SOFI TM Silver award winning artisan vinegar is sweet, tart, spicy and made from 100% honey and is 100% sulfite-free. Perfect to use in place of traditional grape based vinegar. Makes a great addition to salsa, Ceviche, Bloody Marys & Shrimp. Drizzle over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese or add to dressings, potatoes, pasta and rice. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert. Pairs well with Lemon and Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
